SEO/GEO Specialist — Second Tier (tier.xyz)

Second Tier is a new DeFi infrastructure project, building secure, efficient systems that close the distance between economic intent and its execution. We're at the very beginning: you'd build organic discovery from an empty page.

What you'll do:

• set up the technical foundation and content architecture for the site, blog, and docs before they ship
• own GEO alongside SEO — make sure ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews cite us, and cite us correctly
• research what our audience searches and asks, and turn it into a content roadmap with the SMM and content side
• handle technical SEO for a JS-heavy product site: indexing, rendering, schema, machine-readable formats
• build authority the way crypto projects earn it — technical content, docs, listings
• track rankings, traffic, and AI-answer visibility; report what moved and why

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in SEO, with hands-on GEO experience — you've measurably changed how a brand shows up in AI answers
• experience with developer docs, technical content, or crypto/fintech sites
• solid technical SEO: JS rendering, schema, site architecture, log analysis
• Ahrefs/Semrush, Search Console, analytics; SQL or scripting is a plus
• written English B2+
• ability to set the strategy yourself and execute it hands-on
• plus: crypto background, basic HTML/CSS, Astro/Next.js sites
